On Cygwin 2.9.0 (64-bit):
- The cat/splice test hangs. "ps aux" shows a 'paste' process.
- The misc/yes test hangs. "ps aux" shows a 'paste' process.

The test-suite.log has 7 ERROR and 26 FAIL.
