This is an exclusive role I got from the vendor & they are direct to Verizon Business, please help in finding a profile at Rate: $45/hr all Inc Location: McLean, VA (strong preference for local candidates or ones that are somewhat close to the state of VA) Duration: 3 – 6 months Our client needs a seasoned consultant with solid hands on experience configuring Cisco ICM 6.0 or higher from end-to-end for Avaya. This may include the PG's (peripheral gateways) and definitely will be using the ICM configuration Manager. This person needs to know trunks, services, skills, translation routes, routes, trunks, how agents get populated in ICM in relationship to the Avaya. Must have SIP experience. Our client is targeting system installation, configuration and scripting by second week of September so this is a critical need.
