Description :
Candidate should have experience in Windows Administration, Active
Directory, Citrix, Clustering, Network troubleshooting, and ideally some
VMware.

Requirements:
Required strong ability to lead and influence in a technical lead role with
three to five years experience designing, developing and deploying
architecture within Windows and/or UNIX environments.  Ideal candidates will
posses expert practical knowledge in three or more of the following areas:
Server operating systems, including Windows predominantly.  Any Solaris,
AIX, or Linux a plus, but experience needs to be 90%+ senior windows
administration.
Active Directory or LDAP
Microsoft and Veritas Clustering
VMware Virtual Infrastructure
Citrix
.Net, Java Enterprise System(JES) or WebSphere
SAN
MS SQL Server
Oracle Database
Successful candidate will possess proven problem solving, organizational and
communication skills.  The applicant must be able to work effectively with
internal and external vendors, and with cross-organizational teams.  Must
have proven ability to maintain focus on tasks and deliver within schedule.
This position requires demonstrable analytical and problem solving skills.
Professional certifications such as Microsoft Certified Systems
Administrator (MCSA), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), SUN
Certified Systems Administrator, etc are a plus.

add that, as well as their years of experience with the various technologies

Scripting Administrative Functions
MS SQL 2005
MS Cluster Service
Strong Troubleshooting
Anyone who does not rate themselves as strong in at least 5 of these is not
likely to be a good candidate.  Having this list for each candidate would
also help us save time in the interview process by knowing which areas best
represent each candidate's skill set. If they would like to list their years
of experience with each technology, that would be fine too.  WE recognize
that not everyone will have experience in everything, and that’s okay. This
is more of a gauge for the manager.
