Requirements: A strong background in Sharepoint Server Administration; Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent experience; 3-5 years experience in a Sharepoint administration role; Extensive experience using and managing Sharepoint; including deployment and configuration of both servers and sites; creating and managing web applications, site collections, and workflows; enterprise content management; integration with custom applications; and managing terabytes of content; Strong understanding of Sharepoint, IIS, SQL Server 2005/2008, and Windows Server 2003/2008 administration; experience managing Team Foundation Server a plus; Familiarity with application development using .Net SQL, SSRS Ability to communicate and understand requirements from users in both development and business units; Ability to perform under pressure; experienced in a rapid growth IT environment; Strong communication and documentation skills.
