Required Qualifications: Experience: Required - Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline, or have equivalent experience. Required - Strong Interpersonal Skills – ability to work with people with a variety of skillsets. Required - 7+ years of general IT experience. Required - 5+ years in a OO designer and senior developer role delivering .Net based systems. Required - Experience with .Net 3.5 (Windows Workflow Foundation, Windows Communication Framework – WWF and WCF). Required - Experience with ASP.Net <http://asp.net/> and ASP.Net<http://asp.net/>AJAX. Required - Experience with T-SQL and SQL Server 2005/2008. Required - Doing code build and release process under source control systems (Clear Case, VSS, CVS, Subversion, etc.). and development of build and release process using .Net scripts. Required - Experience with TDD (test driven development), Unit Testing, Integration Testing and System Testing. Abilities, including automated testing techniques using NUnit, etc. Preferred - Experience developing rules based systems using ILOG.
