REQUIREMENTS: A minimum of five plus years (7-10 is PREFERRED) project management experience or an equivalent combination of project management experience, business experience and education in the financial services business Experience managing onshore and offshore development projects with extensive communication, risk management, extensive project reporting and project management tools experience required. Must be capable of managing complex good sized (smallest should be at least 10 Dev’s and lasting over one year). Bachelors Degree required – experience in the working world past this point is most important PMP Certification suggested – doesn’t necessarily make them a better Project Manager but why wouldn’t you have this? Must be capable of managing global medium/large sized projects. Experience at larger financial companies such as Thomson Reuters would be ideal (experience with a similar scale, ability to navigate in a large company) Data Center & Infrastructure build out experience a plus Familiarity with or expertise in standard Software Development Processes & Technique specifically AGILE/SCRUM. Clear concise communication – both written and verbal as well as excellent listening skills Prefer candidates who have previously worked as an Engineer or Developer (should have strong overall tech background) No pref on specific tech skills Extensive use of Microsoft Office, Project, Sharepoint and other project planning tools Proven implementation skills Thanks and Regards. . .
