Somebody who will look at tickets, identify problems and make suggestions to the users Interviews will begin in two weeks. who can support the Wintel platform. Windows 2003-2008 good knowledge of Windows 2008 for Sql. This consultant will be helping to optimize the Operating System for Application Suite validation patches. They will be optimizing windows servers running SQL. They wont be doing installs. Good knowledge of Windows 2008 for Sql. This person must know windows inside and out. Citrix, Sql, IIS Platform. This person will be working with Citrix Engineers and should have knowledge of Citrix internals but it is NOT necessary to have Citrix. They should know how the internals affects the performance applicatio Candidate must demonstrate proven hands–on experience with engineering, performance optimization, deployment and support in a multi-farm Citrix XenApp 4.5 environment on Intel and VMWare platforms. Experience with following technologies, components or areas: MSI Packaging, Citrix Installation Manager, Application Streaming; Content redirection setup; ICA files creation, Roaming profile management, Folder redirection; IE security settings; AD GPO – domain level; Local GPO – server level, Wyse thin computing HW/SW client side management including Wyse device manager installation and configuration. Knowledge with following Citrix infrastructure components and proven troubleshooting shills: Webinterfaces, PNAServer, Netscaler setup and administration, License Server management, Edgesight. Management experience with RSA SecurID Server is desirable. Experience with XenServer and XenDesktop Excellent communication and documentation skills. Basic Duties: Interface with technology and business contacts to define customer challenges and requirements. Implement and optimize technology or process solutions to meet customer requirement for thin client computing. Provide daily “health checks†of the Citrix infrastructure and inform management of any problems. Identify and resolve Citrix Farm issues. Provide support to and resolve end-users issues. Provide support for deployment of applications and new components on Citrix Farm. Support environment upgrades and validation testing. Provide documentation for standard support processes.
