Can quickly learn the functionality of packaged applications and understand how to implement and configure them to meet complex business requirements. Solid functional understanding of the Quote to Order business processes. Appropriate understanding of the Oracle CRM architecture. Technical or functional experience with Oracle CRM Applications including at least one of HTML Quoting, iStore, or Advanced Pricing. Exceptional interpersonal skills and written communication skills to frequently interact with all levels of the organization. Demonstrated ability to effectively work both independently and within cross functional project teams that span multiple time-zones. Ability to influence others to achieve results. Mentoring and coaching skills Strong problem-solving and analytic skills. Strong project management and organization skills Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding, and fluid environment Strong MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel).
