Primary contact for all Tier 2 & Tier 3 trouble tickets and working issues to resolution. Responsible for working with IT Operations and IT Development to resolve systems issues. Resolve day-to-day business process-related problems regarding SharePoint 2007 implementation. Comprehensive understanding of how SharePoint uses SQL Server and Windows 2003 Server including IP address configurations, host names, and resolving any general connectivity issues.
