* Position*: * MS Exchange 2010 Architect (1)* *Location*: *St. Petersburg**, FL* *Length*: 1+ With Extension of 6 Months. *Start Date*: 4.26.10 *Rate: * *Overview:* *The responsibilities of this position include the assessment current state of the Exchange environment & architect the future state drivers necessary to migrate from Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2010.* The role requires both broad and deep technology knowledge and the ability to architect a solution by mapping a customer's business problem to an end-to-end technology solution. The Consultant should possess a heavy Active Directory and Directory Services knowledge as well as an Expert level knowledge of Exchange 2007. *Requirements:* 1. Must have 3- 5 yrs history of having performing & implementing Exchange(2007) messaging migrations o Develop, and design migration plan for a Microsoft Exchange 2010 project utilizing using best practice standards. o Design and migrate from current environment to Microsoft Exchange 2010 environment. o Provide architectural and implementation experience and knowledge to develop the architecture, deployment plan and client migration plan. 2. Confirm the architecture, migration plan, review strategy, confirm server sizing, enhance processes that will achieve goals in support of migration. o Design Retention and Archiving solution in order to replace current PST files. o Design and Review of Existing Active Directory architecture. o Design and Review of Exchange Storage Disk Subsystem and configuration. 3. Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer huge plus 4. Demonstrated ability to engage in senior level technology decision maker discussions related to agility, business value. 5. Candidate will work in a highly decentralized and customer facing environment. 6. Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization. 7. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be strong and effective communicator. 8.
