Understanding of Web Application Development using Java and preferably Documentum Platform is necessary. Excellent communications skills and ability to interface with the business community. Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle is essential. MS Office products. Advanced analytical skills. Demonstrated leadership and negotiation abilities. Superior organizational skills, as well as excellent written, oral and presentational communication abilities in order to work with all levels of staff and management. Ability to work independently and keep senior management adequately informed. Strong knowledge of systems and business processes.
