system integration with the NAIC and SERFF, candidates that
possess insurance domain expertise and knowledge and experience in
working with the NAIC are highly desired. *
The proposed resources are expected to have extensive experience:
- building and modifying complex enterprise level IT systems,
- knowledge of N-tier system architectures,
- web services,
- deep understanding of web-enabled application design concepts
and principles,
- website development,
- software change management,
- software and system testing,
- excellent technical and project management skills.
