3+ years minimum of production support experience with VMware Virtual Infrastructure (ESX 3.02, 3.5 and 4.0). Plus over 3 yrs of active directory experience. o VI Capacity Planning knowledge and experience are required. o VCP Certification is preferred but not required. o Strong documentation skills using Word or Visio o 5+ years 2nd * 3rd Level Support Experience of Windows Server 200X o 2+ years 1st * 2nd Level Support Experience of Red Hat and SUSE Enterprise Linux is required o Hands on experience with HP DL and BL servers, C7000 Enclosures, HP PDUs, SIM, iLO, ICE. o HP Virtual Connect Flex10 Experience a plus. o TSM and ArcServe Backup, Symantec Backup Exec, Symantec and McAfee VirusScan o Must be able to lift up to 70lbs. o Minimal Travel. o 24X7 hour on call during designated weeks.
