The right candidate will have demonstrated expertise with instructional design and content development. He/She will have a creative and organized approach to training, excellent analytical, copywriting and editorial skills, and exceptional written/verbal communication skills. *Essential Job Function:* · Writes scripts and storyboards independently · Reviews storyboards and create scenarios with some level of support from mentors and manager · Review alpha and beta versions of courses independently · Create high level and detailed level design documents for courses with some level of support from mentors and manager · Perform the role of Design Lead with some level of support from mentors and manager · Performing a training needs analysis · Assessing the characteristics of the target audience · Recommending instructional strategies · Designing and writing training materials · Evaluating instructional design, programs, and processes · Communicating and interacting effectively with other people *Qualification & Experience:* · Integrity, humility, passion, and respect for the truth · Ability to work independently and collaboratively · Ability to recognize when it is appropriate to work independently and when to work collaboratively · Ability to interact harmoniously with team members who bring different skills to the table, and have different personalities and values · Possess a keen eye for details in written text, media objects such as images, animations, videos, and integrated courses · Bachelor’s Degree required; Advanced degree desired · Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Instructional Designer or Course Designer · Minimum of 5 experience of web-based materials using multimedia authoring and development tools · Experience of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint) and e-learning authoring tools (Adobe, HTML) *A demonstrable ability to: * · Work closely with subject matter experts.
