Provide technical analysis and support related to assigned projects. Work on-site in Olympia, Washington; little to no travel will be required. Manage assigned projects. Perform work from September 15, 2010 to June 30, 2011. Required Skills: - Senior to expert level with at least five (5) years of IT experience Attainment of PMP Certification or Certificate of Completion in a Project Management Program Previous Experience with Govt. systems or previous projects Previous experience developing Data Warehouse technologies Previous experience developing or migrating a transfer Reporting Framework. Experience in utilizing Agile Project Management methodologies Demonstrated strong people skills. Detail-oriented. Proven ability to facilitate the collection of ideas and information, assist in its analysis, and document the results – in narrative form as well as with graphics (such as Visio drawings). Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, facilitate communication amongst team members, and to bring a group to a consensus. Excellent PC skills, particularly in writing business documents and in creating and maintaining spreadsheets, with the ability to analyze business requirements and maintain budgets. Strong leadership qualities, trustworthiness, reliability, and strong professional communication skills. Scheduling, risk management and communication skills are essential to the success of the project.
