Below are the job details, Please let me know your interest. *Candidate once shortlisted, Has to undergo background check on education, employment, drug and crime.* *.Net/Sharepoint Developer* *Location : Richmond, VA * *3 Months* *Rate: $45/hr W2 with no benefits (No Corp-Corp OR 1099)* *Responsibilities: * * Set direction for a team of developers in .Net and SharePoint integration solutions * Expertise in Annuities. * Work with a team to set direction of our enterprise solutions for Internet, extranet, and intranet solutions * Mentor, lead, and grow developers on the team * Work with a team to manage and configure SharePoint environments * Implement business solutions using Microsoft SharePoint * Work with other technical areas of the company to build supportable and reusable processes for source control, solution promotion, and web content management * Develops time estimates for project deliverables. * Provides alternative solutions and technical expertise across a range of applications, systems and/or technologies. * Maintain expertise in technology and development in SharePoint and .Net, as well as other web technologies. Â. Manage risks, issues and concerns. Â. Attentiveness to process/program improvements and efficiencies. Qualifications: Experience: * 8+ years experience building or designing solutions, working with a variety of people and departments, and participating in project development * 6 + years! working with web based technologies * 3+ years of experience with Microsoft SharePoint or comparable software development experience; * 3+ years working with C#.Net (or comparable) technology * Practical experience with project lifecycles, source code management, and code reviews * Practical experience mentoring, leading, or coaching * Knowledge of industry best practices and design approaches Skills: * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills. * Must be self-motivated and take initiative. * Team oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment. * Strong organizational skills; ability to meet deadlines. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent experience.
