* Required skills*
Expert knowledge of Data Warehouse architectures
Operational Data Stores
Data Marts
Enterprise Data Warehouse
Expert knowledge of best practices and fit of Data Warehouse architectures.
Knowledge of functions and limitations of Enterprise Architecture
Integration (EAI) messaging (we use IBM’s Websphere Tx)
Expert knowledge of Data Warehouse Extract Transformation and Load (ETL)
process.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS)
functions and limitations
Knowledge of architecting data warehouse solutions in a multi-server
environment, both virtual and physical servers
