*Job Description: * 12+ years of experience working with Java/J2EE technologies. Strong in Core Java and OOPS concepts Deep understanding of WebApp development using J2EE standards/frameworks Experience in Ajax, Javascript, Webservices, Spring, Struts, Hibernate. Knowledge of Weblogic Server or any other servers. Any Web 2.0 Technologies Build technologies like ANT, etc Knowledge in NMS/EMS or any other device management systems. Video streaming experience. Experience in product development company. Knowledge on REST/XMLRPC, Adobe Flex, etc Experience working on portals, dashboards and large scale intranet applications *Tech Lead:* - 8+ years of experience working with Java/J2EE technologies. - Strong object oriented and CORE Java fundamentals required - Deep understanding of web application development required using J2EE standards/frameworks. Knowledge of specific technologies/frameworks is not as critical as the ability to quickly understand how to use them and when to use them as needed. E.g. o Person might not have experience with Struts and no knowledge of SpringMVC but knowledge in one of these areas should be deep enough to be able to quickly adapt to something else that is similar. o Person might have some experience with Web Services but not REST or XML/RPC but the knowledge in one of these areas should be deep enough to be able to quickly adapt to something else that is similar - Should be very comfortable with JDBC, SQL and user level database configuration (creating users, tables etc.) - Should be very comfortable with build technologies.
