Three years experience in web application (.NET) and business analysis in projects of a similar nature (electronic documents, Work Flow, document storage and retrieval, document security and auditing). 3. .NET 4. HTML 5. Java 6. VB Scripting *Highly Desired Skills* 1. The ability to be discrete and diplomatic regarding privileged information 2. Patience and the ability to be encouraging are needed. 3. Effective interpersonal relationship skills 4. High attention to detail. 5. Outstanding oral communication skills sufficient to communicate effectively with both technical and user level staff. 6. Works well in and supports a distributed team environment and is adaptive to changes in methodologies and technologies. 7. Critical thinker with excellent problem solving skills that can make independent decisions within area of responsibility and expertise. 8. Goals oriented proactive team player with the demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced professional environment. 9. Familiarity with IT services and architecture. 10. Familiarity with environmental government taxonomies and processes. 11. Three years proven experience with OnBase document management software sufficient to evaluate and create complicated Work Flows related to documents*.* 12.
