The candidate will provide functional and technical business reporting
services related to:
§ The installation, configuration, tuning and administration of *SAP
** Business Objects (BO)*
§ The analysis, design, development, testing, implementation,
documentation and support (full SDLC) of SAP BO software (e.g. reports),
specifically related to SAP’s finance, materials management, and human
resources areas.
Major components of this project will include the deployment of BO
Enterprise, Data Federator, Universes (single and joined), Scheduling,
Broadcasting and Web Intelligence.
This position requires analyzing system and business requirements, SW
installation and configuration, service patch administration, testing and
data warehousing strategies.
Candidate must have in-depth knowledge of *SAP**’s BO SW* functionality,
specifically with experience utilizing this SW in a public sector or large
multi-divisional organization.
Candidate must have extensive knowledge of *BO performance monitoring and
tuning.*
Candidate must have extensive knowledge of *SAP**’s Business Warehouse (BW).

Candidate must provide formal written documentation and peer and user
training.

3+ years BO solution architecting experience
3+ years BO software installation and configuration experience

3+ years experience with Text Analysis
3+ years experience with Performance Management
3+ years of BO Universe Designer experience
3+ years Web Intelligence experience
3+ years XCelsius/Dashboard experience
3+ years experience with MS integration
3+ years SAP BW integration experience
3+ years BEx integration experience
3+ years Crystal Reports experience
3+ years Data Integrator experience
3+ years BO Explorer experience
3+ years InfoView Portal experience
3+ years experience with Active Directory single sign-on integration with
Business Objects
Practical upgrade, OSS notes, support packs and troubleshooting experience
Two full life-cycle BW/ BO project implementation (Blue print, realization,
testing, “go live”, etc)
MS Office tools (e.g. Word, Excel, Viso, Project)
PM experience
BO Mobile
Business Objects Certified
