REQUIREMENTS: Lead Java Developer who has Agile/Scrum background. 8+ years experience developing, deploying and supporting complex computing applications in a large scale environment Experience in the Healthcare Industry, Claims processing and/or encounters (Medicare, Medicaid) environment is preferred. Experience working in an Agile Scrum project is required. Technology experience: Spring Core 2.5 Spring Batch 2.0 Rich Faces 3 JPA (Persistence) Oracle 10g WebSphere 6.x and 7.x is a plus Experience with rules engine(s); iLOG preferred. Experience with BPM packages Use of Service Oriented Architecture in high volume transaction environments UML expertise e.g. Statecharts, Class Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Component Diagrams and experience with the Rational Rose or Rational Software Architect Ability to lead a Scrum team through the process and collaborate with other Scrum teams teams, architects and other members of the software development team.
