* Rich background in design, documentation, development and testing of
reusable components utilizing TIBCO, JMS, and XML technologies.
* 3-4 yrs of experience with TIBCO development. Total around 10 yrs of IT
exp..
* Technology tool literacy in TIBCO, Java, Web Services, Oracle, JMS and XML
* Understanding of integration capabilities
* At least 3 years of experience in analysis, design, development, testing,
implementation, and maintenance of enterprise applications
* Familiarity with middleware platforms* Candidates must demonstrate the
ability to be highly effective, working independently on development
initiatives, under the direction of a design/development lead.
* Strong working knowledge of enterprise integration architecture and
enterprise application integration Experience with TIBCO Architecture
