*Duties:***
• Providing analysis of the components: IBM Cognos BI 10.1, TM1
9.5.2, and FileNet 4.5.1, and will incorporate custom Java forms, portal,
and authentication solutions.
• Providing a comprehensive understanding of the business processes
and the best practices for implementation and integration using the selected
components.
• Working closely with technical staff and leading the staff on
system design and implementation activities.
• Providing hands-on implementation expertise with TM1 (Turbo
Integrator and multi-dimensional data modeling) and Cognos BI (data
modeling, report development, and studios).

*Skills Required:***
• Current hands-on experience with TM1 (Turbo Integrator and
multi-dimensional data modeling), Cognos BI report development, and data
warehousing;
• Bachelor’s degree with two years of experience in a
clearly-defined technical architecture role;
• Minimum of five(5) years of overall IT-related experience(Or
equivalent combination of training and experience)
• Ability To:
• Organize and document complex system designs and to follow detailed
project plans
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Mentor junior-level staff in solving technical issues and applying best
practices, particularly with Cognos BI and TM1.
• Manage small, technical sub-projects of medium complexity and provide
concise and accurate reporting to management
• Consult with non-technical business users, higher-level business
professionals, technical staff, and other consultants to elicit their input
and capture it in clear and concise project documentation.
• Working Knowledge In The Following Areas:
• Java or other external applications interacting with Cognos BI and TM1 via
the SDK.
• FileNet, particularly the workflow engine.
• Oracle databases.
• Cognos BI Professional Author or Developer Certifications
• TM1 Modeler or Application Developer Certifications
