Skills Required
• Possess insurance domain expertise and knowledge and
experience in working with the NAIC
• Technical Lead
• Extensive experience building and modifying complex enterprise
level IT systems
• Knowledge of N‐tier system architectures, web services
• Microsoft ASP.NET
• C#
• SQL Server 2005 or higher
Deep understanding of:
• Web‐enabled application design concepts and principles
• Website development
• Software change management
• Software and system testing
• Excellent technical and project management skills.
• Made coding changes to existing systems and backend interfaces
• Develop new user screens and interfaces including search and
workflow screens
• Undertaken assigned coding and development assignments
• Implemented database changes
• Performed developer level unit testing
• Participated in system design/review sessions
