We have a requirement with our direct client for *a Data Migration Consultant*** Location: New York City Duration: 18 months Please send me your resume to *[email protected]*** *Experience / Skills Required:*** • 5+ year experience data migration projects and technologies • Demonstrated experience with Legacy (mainframe) Data migration and data cleansing efforts • Demonstrated experience in designing and documenting conversion and interface specifications • Demonstrated experience importing and exporting data from a variety of database applications • Demonstrated experience with data analysis and data mapping • 2+ year experience with SQL, T-SQL, PL/SQL and DTS in SQL Server and Oracle • Experience with ETL and data quality tools like IBM’s Quality Stage products is a plus • Excellent analytical skills, detail and process-oriented • Proven ability to coordinate activities with business and technical teams • Excellent communication skills • Prior experience working on large IT vendor supplied COTS deployment projects for the Education or Government institutions preferred.
