Minimum 4 years of experience with data analysis, data access, data structures, data manipulation, databases, testing and implementation, technical and user documentation; environments include but are not limited to mainframe, mid range, personal computers, laptop 2. Minimum 4 years of experience in assisting and/or leading in the design of program specifications and the implementation of software solutions 3. Experience developing efficient and effective testing plans and scripts (unit, system, UAT, etc.) suitable for both manual and automated testing for Web, mainframe and mobile applications. Testing plans and scripts must be able to test business cases/scenarios as well as technical elements 4. Experience performing actual testing itself, including executing the tests and documenting any issues or bugs that are identified as part of the testing, following up on issues or bugs promptly and working with developers to achieve solutions as efficiently and effectively as possible 5. Experience developing reports and results of system testing, including experience documenting such information in bug tracking applications *Desired :*** 1. Experience testing with the following software and platforms: Android, iOS, Natural 4/ADABAS, EntireX gateway, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML interfaces, SQL, Tomcat application server, Captiva, Documentum, Windows and Linux/Unix environments 2. Experience working efficiently, effectively, creatively and with little-to-no direction to achieve large amounts of deliverables on multiple efforts under aggressive deadlines while producing exceptional work product and outcomes 3. Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to develop and maintain clear documentation of all work performed and the ability to work well and communicate well in a team environment with other staff and consultants working in IT, business operations and Strategic Planning groups.
