Technical/Functional Skills         :               Strong UNIX/ PERL scripting, problem management skills

 

Experience Required                     4-6 years

 

Roles & Responsibilities               :              

·         L2 support & client interactions experience

·         Excellent soft skills as it requires dealing with customers of Morgan Stanley and traders

·         Ability to handle pressure

·         Onsite experience required

·         Unix, Perl Scripting, Sybase

·         Financial Services Background is Must

·         Problem management skills

·         Know how of QT Mon, Carbon, BatchMon, OMW

·         Trading Knowledge

 

Generic Managerial Skills             :               Ability to work independently and manage individuals time

Work with onshore-offshore model. Should be good in communication and client coordination.

 

Education            :               Relevant Graduate degree
