In-depth understanding of RAC, AWR reports and DB Administration. - Extensive experience in R12 upgrade and Demantra Installation is a must. -Extensive experience in addressing upgrade related issues and fine tuning the upgrade process to minimize the production outage. -Very strong in Documentation. -Experience in DB Performance tuning and stress testing tools like load-runner, Compuware or RAT (Real Application testing) -Experience supporting mission-critical system and ensuring 7x24 availability of production system. -Work with Quality to ensure proper change-control.
