Position Responsibilities Designs, develops, modifies and implements custom in-house software applications including graphical user interfaces, business objects, database interfaces, reports and data models. - Follows internal project, software, and database development standards, processes, and procedures. - Supports new development and existing in-house software applications. - Advances current job knowledge by researching new technologies, participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations. - Works independently under minimal supervision in a dynamic team environment. - Ability to resolve complex technical problems. · Supports development infrastructure as necessary. - Perform code reviews as assigned. - Develops functional requirements. - Acts as a technical resource and mentor to other team members. - Performs a variety of complicated tasks with little to no supervision. - May lead and direct the work of others. - A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. - Enhances internal project, software, and database development standards and help implement and ensure their compliance.
