*Position: Oracle DBA* Location: AZ Duration: 6 Months Rate: $50/hr MAX *Experience: *• 5+ years of experience • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities include: Highly skilled in Oracle database and SQL statement tuning with detailed understating of Oracle s performance reports AWR and Stats-Pack PL/SQL performance tuning. • Ability to provide professional level technical documentation and presentation for the tuning recommendations. • Working knowledge of MSSQL Server databases, SSRS and SSIS is a big Plus. • Hands on experience working on Oracle 9i, 10g and 10g RAC database applications, Oracle s ASM,TDE, OEM Grid control, RMAN • Good UNIX Sun Solaris, Linux knowledge and shell scripting is a plus. • Basic understanding of Connection pooling and middleware software like JBoss, JRun, Tom Cat, IBM Web sphere is desired. • Hands on Experience of implementing Oracle 9i and 10G database on UNIX and Linux platform is a must. • Ability to create and maintain positive and professional business relationships with both internal associates and external customers and work effectively in a team environment • Proficient at time and priority management.
