Experience Required The Senior Business Analyst develops an understanding of the current and future business processes to facilitate the development of the business requirements. The Senior Business Analyst interfaces with the client business and technical staff, as well as consultants.
Roles & Responsibilities : Required
• Minimum 5 years industry experience
• Minimum 2 years business analysis experience
• Facilitate meetings with client business and technical staff
• Documents business requirements and manages requirements review and approval process
• Supports development staff in understanding requirements and resolving related issues
• Supports/develops test plans, test scripts and test conditions as need
• Provides user support post-deployment as needed
• Exposure to Retail and Pharmacy sector is preferred.
Generic Managerial Skills : Excellent Analytical Skills, ability to work under pressure, good communication skills.
Education : Bachelor degree in business management, computer science or related field.
