Position: ITIL Process consultant Duration: 3+ Months Location: Schaumburg, IL Some travel to Central Illinois (Expenses paid for travel) Phone interview Rate –$Open/hr on C2C We have a *3 month contract opening in IS-IT* ( for a client located *in Schaumburg *) for someone with a solid ITIL background, combined with hands-on knowledge of manufacturing process control environments, to help evangelize ITIL concepts to our internal manufacturing business partners. At a minimum, the resource has to be ITIL V3 certified at some level beyond foundations (manager or expert). *Skills and Knowledge Required:* • Excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills, able to engage effectively with practitioners within the organization and with Process Control SI’s. • Thorough understanding of ITIL in general and Change Management in particular • An understanding of process industry automation and architecture • Document process flows • Identify process improvements • Experience working within a multi-cultural environment. • Fluent in English with other spoken languages a plus. *Overview: * There are process deficiencies that need to be closed in order to facilitate more effective resolution of manufacturing ISIT solutions being deployed at existing sites. It’s been agreed that IT will start a person to initially focus on this critical need and transition into a Manufacturing operational procedure in 60 – 90 days to help them implement change control and standards . The job requires working with a diverse business community and resolve critical issues promptly in a challenging and dynamic environment.
