The candidate should be open for a webcam interview via Skype * Job Description for Performance COE Team Manager Will act as overall engagement lead / manager for the client to establish a Performance Engineering COE for the client, operate for 6 months and either transition back to client or retain as a Managed Service *One of these 4 Technologies is required: Mainframe/ Microsoft .NET/ BizTalk, Tibco. * Strong performance test background, including monitoring and root cause analysis of applications in Production and QA. Manage all performance activities, including workspaces, hardware and software Manage and facilitate communication among various teams Direct activity of Performance COE personnel Initially will Establish the best practices and recommend procedures for improvement for client performance testing Work to obtain agreement from the customer of our solutions and plans Establish the COE environment and COE processes for the client Provide overall thought leadership to the client In the subsequent phase of project will operate the Performance engineering COE using 4 UST offshore resources plus incorporate 3 existing client resources into the team onsite. Provide Testing strategy and services for the project development teams working on customer projects Direct the development of the testing strategy, schedule, data requirements, resource requirements, functional testing scope, regression testing requirements, quality metrics and risk/mitigation plans. Monitor performance reports, dashboards and status reports to verify test execution including test and issue tracking, daily meetings, test summaries and test case movement progress according to plan.
