Citrix MetaFrame / Presentation Server / XenServer / XenDesktop / XenApp or equivalent 2. Windows AD\Exchange\Server 2008 (R2). Responsibilities: 1. Design, champion, and implement complex technology initiatives, ensuring high availability, disaster recovery, and compliance with IT strategy. 2. Perform periodic system configuration reviews to ensure virtual server and environment operations are functioning according to design; 3. Maintain accurate inventory of all systems in data center facilities, and document all modifications in change control system; 4. Troubleshoot operational service incidents as they arise, utilizing incident tracking software; 5. Assist in developing, implementing, testing and maintaining service-level technology recovery plans; 6. Develop and/or maintain design and operational documentation for technology services; 7. Interface with vendors for procurement & maintenance of all IT infrastructure components. 8. Assist in developing metrics on network/service performance, uptime and growth trends; 9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging server tools and technologies; 10. Responsible for building and maintaining positive working relationships with team members, internal customers, and external vendors. 1. Bachelor?s degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree. 2. Strong knowledge with Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, GPOs, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SQL. 3. Proficiency in network administration, performance and analysis, monitoring, optimization and maintenance. 4. Strong hands on experience supporting Citrix MetaFrame / Presentation Server / XenServer / XenDesktop / XenApp or equivalent 5. Strong hands on understanding of Windows AD\Exchange\Server 2008 (R2). 6. Hands on understanding with Storage (SAN/NAS) technologies such as iSCSI/Fibre Channel/FCoIP 7. Solid understanding of Network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/VPN/DNS/DHCP) 8. Excellent documentation skills are required and the ability to make presentations to a technical audience desired. 9. Current industry certifications such as MCSE, CCEA, VCP a plus or ability to achieve quickly. 10. Expected to utilize most primary office software packages, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc. 11. Systems Administration/System Engineer certification in Citrix \ Microsoft, back-up solutions or virtual environments. 12.
