Experience on *SQL Server/Access* database 3. Ability to develop *business rules and stored procedures* 4. Good experience of *data migration* in the past 5. Good communication. 6. Experience with *end to end data migration projects* including extraction, cleansing, mapping, enhancements, harmonization testing and conversion 7. Must be able to work well across *multiple diverse platforms* needing the same data 8. Experience in *managing all stages of data migration* from data analysis to pre go-live validations, user acceptance testing, user sign-off, Cut-Over plans, migrating to Dev/QA/ Prod landscapes, and post go-live validations 9.
