Their role will entail business process analyses, evaluation of new applications, identification of system requirements, and proposing recommendations of solutions. Responsibilities: - Work closely with business users, customers and other developers daily to provide technical and organizational leadership. - Business Requirements Gathering & Process Analysis. - Mentor associates in the development/support lifecycle for PL/SQL stored procedures. - Perform PL/SQL maintenance and development for critical business applications. - Performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting of the current business applications and Web interface applications. - Documentation & Reporting.
