*Duration: 6+ Months* *Mandatory Technical /Functional Skills * · 5 + years of VOIP/Cisco technology experience. · Cisco certifications: CCNA and/or CCNP required. · Solid experience with LAN/WAN technologies and QOS design & implementation. Experience with capacity planning, security and best practices as they relate to VOIP and network technologies. · Expert knowledge of the following voice technologies: · Cisco UC, Call Manager, Unity, UCCX Scripting, SIP Trunks, Cisco IOS Voice Gateways, Mobility, Presence, QoS, WebEx and Tandberg IP Video. · Extensive experience with CUCM, dial plans, call features, media resources · Experience with Avaya Session Manager SIP routing and integration tool · Solid knowledge of voice protocols such as SIP, H323, MGCP, SCCP.
