*Selenium Automation Lead * *Phoenix, AZ* *12+ Months* Set test automation standards to enable consistent, high-quality automated tests Participate in root-cause analysis of processes and results; work to eliminate defect patterns by guiding the team to adopt process improvements to the automated test process Continuously evaluate and improve the efficiency of the automated test development process and the automated test suites. Work closely with development and business analysts to develop test cases Automated Test web applications across multiple browsers across cross platforms. Build Automation framework from Scratch Demonstrated building and maintaining automated test frameworks (ex. jMeter, JUnit, Selenium /WD, Cucumber/Ruby,Calabash) Experience developing testing scripts with Selenium Web Driver Experience in Java/J2EE Tecnhology Experience with testing web applications across multiple browsers and browser versions Experience working on a team utilizing Agile methodologies, such as Scrum Education and/or formal training may substitute for experience requirement Experience with Selenium Grid for efficient automation of multi-browser testing Experience with HP Quality Center/ALM
