Month end monitoring and addressing any processing delays
Communicating with our customers when month end processing is completed
 Initiating and participating in P1/P2 calls as needed
On-Call rotation for Onsite resources
Onsite resources will review RFCs as part of their On-Call duties
Creating Internal DBA RFCs for production change
