*Relevant Experience (Yrs) * 3-4 years of Kronos experience with experience in Implementation Projects, Upgrades, and Ongoing Support *Technical/Functional Skills * - Kronos Consultant - Ability to map the user requirements - Good verbal and written communication skills. *Experience Required* *Required* - Hands-on Configuration & Support experience in following areas in Kronos Workforce Central 6.0 or above: · Workforce Scheduling, · Accruals, · Timecards, · Activities, · Attendance, · WIM - Able to demonstrate knowledge/examples of troubleshooting of Pay Rule, Accrual and Attendance configuration and support. - Knowledge of WDM including: Configuring device, device groups, communication, and troubleshooting device terminals. - Knowledge of Healthcare scheduling and pay practices - Strong communication & documentation skills - Strong analytical skills combined with strong synthesis skills.
