•        Approximately 3 years experience in an IT Change Management
related role

•        SAP experience

•        Bachelor degree in related discipline, or equivalent work
experience

•        One or more professional certificates to supplement formal
education

•        Good experience in client-facing roles

*Essential Functions of the Job:*

   - Proven track record in Release Management for highly-complex and
   integrated applications and environments, with a demonstrable track record
   in delivering releases in a safe, effective manner with minimal risk to
   production environments
   - Excellent knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle
   - Understanding of Environment Management, specifically for complex SAP
   implementation programs with dual paths to to production
   - Good knowledge of Service Management tools and, more specifically
   Change and Release Management tools
   - Manage internal issues to remove barriers preventing them from
   performing their assigned activities.
   - Manage issues escalated from other functions or groups.
   - Protect the IT Services managed environments from unauthorized changes.
   - Reduce the amount of Incidents caused by changes by improving the
   level of quality/planning/testing/validation across releases.
   - Assist in process improvement.
   - Enforce compliance of the process (implementation, assessment, quality
   etc).
   - Be part of the Release Review Board (RRB) for Program
   - Ensure the process users are sufficiently trained to follow the
   process.
   - Provide quality metrics and reporting to promote compliance.
   - Liaise with other Process Leads and global leads to enhance interfaces
   internal and external to Service Management.

Pa Post Implementation Reviews (PIR) meetings with the required stake
holders to identify what went wrong during the implementation of failed
changes/releases. Provide recommendations and/or define actions to prevent
reoccurrences of similar errors/Incidents.

   - Proven track record in Release Management for large, complex and
   highly integrated application landscapes with specific knowledge of SAP
   programs with a global template, signle production instance ans a dual path
   to production
   - Excellent knowledge and understanding of Software Development
   Lifecycle
   - Significant experience  of Service management, Change and Release
   Management and Quality Management techniques gained through IT program /
   project delivery and in an IT support environment
   - Experience of working within multi-location teams
   - Experience of working in large programs of work
   - Excellent experience in client-facing roles within blue chip
   organizations
   - Ability to build good relationships both within own team and with
   other teams
   - Ability to work across multiple projects
   - Ability to bring multi disciplined teams together into one delivery
   team
   - Ability to determine strategic direction not just tactical
   - Excellent management, interpersonal, written and verbal communication,
   and organizational skills
   - Excellent attention to detail
   - Motivated by delivery
   - The ability to work and team effectively with clients and other
   management personnel across geographies
   - Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities,
   ambiguity and rapid change
   - Ability to work and team with a multitude of different people within
   and outside of IT to balance demands
   - Ability to deal efficiently with escalations and difficult
   situations/people under pressure
   - Ability to understand and integrate cultural differences and lead
   virtual cross-cultural, cross-border teams.
