PFBC is in need of someone to assist PFBC staff in maintaining and debugging this complex and critical PFBC system as we continue with the implementation of this system. Finally, an interface needs to be developed between PFBC’s Pennsylvania Automated Licensing System (PALS) and the RATS system previously mentioned. PALS is a third-party developed system that handles the selling of Fishing Licenses, Online boat registrations, and several other PFBC products; and maintains the critical financial information associated with the sale of these products. So far, this system has not been successfully integrated with PFBC’s Registration and Titling System, thus requiring PFBC staff to manually enter PALS boat registration data into RATS. PFBC requires development of an efficient interface between these two systems to reduce staff time spent manually inputting data that is already available in an electronic format. *Required Experience/Skills:* Must have 8+ years of technical experience in .NET technologies.
