Provide assessment of current state architecture and recommendation of future state architecture. Work with business stakeholders to identify and recommend technical solutions for application integration . Organize technical requirements gathering and solution design sessions with customers, partners and other technical resources of all levels. Develop Architecture documents/artifacts from templates working with customers. Creating and gaining agreement to integration and data strategies. Leading interfacing and data mapping. Analyzing client integration requirements and identifying how the HCM Cloud solutions can be best utilized to meet client requirements. Supporting client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality . Designing, testing and building inbound and outbound integrations from/to HCM Cloud suite. Provide leadership, mentorship, and advisory services to project teams to ensure that solutions are in line with the architecture direction. Applying best practice to ensure high-quality, low error data conversions. Work on project teams comprised of customers, partners, and peers from project inception through the handoff to operations as a technical subject matter expert and consultant . Provide some level of technical assistance to end users as a component of managing escalated system support Research and test emerging technologies to assist the business with developing strategic plans. HCM process knowledge across a range of HR areas/modules. Acting as a custodian of the solution and recommending the best practice solution . Participate in testing efforts to identify and resolve conversion and interface issues. Basic Qualifications: Minimum 10+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft or similar HR systems. 2+ implementations with Oracle HCM Cloud Deep understanding of HCM Cloud Architecture, Taleo Architecture, HCM and Taleo integration architecture and how HCM Cloud integrates with other applications Willing to learn and test new technologies. Experience with integrating HCM Cloud/Oracle EBS applications with third party vendors or products. Demonstrate strong problem-solving ability and analytical skills . Extensive experience with data integration and data warehousing solutions . Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong relationship building skills. Persuasive in influencing strategic architecture direction, framing reference architectures, specifying policies and standards, drive consensus on target state architectures, and influence roadmaps Able and willing to perform tasks and duties without supervision. Maintains a positive "can-do" outlook, rebounds quickly from frustrations, and maintains composure and friendly demeanor while dealing with demanding situations . Deep knowledge of SQL, PLSQL, and understanding of Java, PeopleCode, PS Query, etc . Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Projects Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or 10+ years of related experience.
