Job Description:- 6 - 10 Years of experience in Experience with
Administration of PeopleSoft Admin. Experience with
Administration/troubleshooting of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 or newer.

• Experienced with PeopleSoft infrastructure support, Installation, Server
administration.
• Installation, upgrade, cumulative fix and rollout of the of  PeopleSoft
HCM 9.2, PeopleTools: 8.54 in multiple environments with the co-ordination
of all Stake holders
• Patching of the all the environments and ensure they are up to date with
kind of patches such as TAX update etc.
• Experience in configuring Change Assistant, PUM server and applying
PeopleSoft Images.
• Create PeopleSoft HRMS 9.2 instance from scratch with latest PeopleSoft
Update Manager (PUM) image on PeopleTools 8.54
• Outstanding ability to listen and really 'hear' the customer
• Good communication, interpersonal skills backed by sound analytical,
technical and leadership skills.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills

• Perform troubleshooting for network, application, database and file
systems etc. and ensure HUB is up and accessible by customer on 24*7 basis
• Design, develop and enhance applications and integration services
components including troubleshooting and bug fixing
• Requirement Analysis and clarifications with customer's Tech Leads,
Architects and Business Users
• Provide deployment support as needed
• Coordination with the end user/customer contact points
• Identify recurring issues/alerts and conduct root cause analysis
• Attend meetings with customer and project team as needed for project
requirement
• Update knowledge database and train support team
• Review code and code documentation
• Coordination with QA team
