Running reports of Ad-Hoc out of, Weekly SAP queries, Weekly cadence reporting *Project Description*: How does this project impact the business? Support the controller division and IT, Financial reporting from SAP, How does your team impact the business? Financial analysis for the controller and IT What does the team environment look like? 4 BA FTE What is the interaction level this resource will have with the team? The manager? Senior Managers and the 4 FTE. Supporting the lead analyst with reports from SAP, Business Analysis What is driving the need for this resource? To support the lead analyst Top 3-4 Required Skills (and years of experience): 1. Data Gathering from SAP 2. Putting reports in analysis format 3. Turnaround time work show metrics in write up Preferred Skills: 1. Familiarity with SAP data gathering 2. Working understanding of Large Data Sets 3. Collaborate and positive attitude with team members. Responsibilities Pulls data from SAP and gathers it for analysis Turn raw information into insights, recommendations, dashboards, and reports to provide ad-hoc reporting and analytics services and proactively support business decisions and processes Collaborates with end users and other members of the team to collect and coordinate business requirements for the use of analytics and reporting. Responsible for the prioritization of ad-hoc data requests. Works with team members to meet data needs of department in various areas. Understands data flow of systems and works with team members to improve data integrations. Participates as a team member in various projects and contributes to the overall goal/objective for the team. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office Tools Knowledge and ability of how to collect data from different information sources and distribute them to users; ability to use this information to simplify information systems and make sound business decisions.
