Supported approximately 8-12 subject matter experts during testing to document the issues they encountered in the defect management tool ALM. Worked with release management for application maintenance releases and production defect fixes; performed smoke test. Experienced with HP/Mercury Tools (QTP AND SELENIUM, Win Runner, Quality Center, Test Director and Load Runner) and Rational Suite (Test Manager, Robot, Requisite pro, Rational Rose, Clear Quest, Clear Case).
