*Big Data Developer* *Location: Charlotte, NC* *Duration: long term* *Big Data Developer Position Description: * We are looking for a Big Data Consultant that has experience with Hadoop, Azure HDInsights, Databricks, Hive, and SQL Server technologies. The Consultant should be able to work independently to complete tasks based on Client priorities and direction. A good candidate will have solid Hadoop and communication skills to work in an agile manner and deliver results. *REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE * Proven understanding and related experience with Hadoop, HDFS, HBase, Hive, Pig, Sqoop, Hue, Git and/or MapReduce. At least one to two years of hands-on experience with the Azure HDInsight platform Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
