Hope you doing great! *Sr. Technical Business Analyst* *Charlotte, NC* *6 Month Contract* *Green Card, US Citizen* *Rate: $45/Hr* Job Qualifications Required: 5+ years of experience in a technical role such as software engineer, database developer, BA, Test Engineer, or systems architect 3+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing and delivering with Agile concepts, including Scrum Must have experience with technology and tools used to support Agile practices such as Jira or Rally Effectively demonstrate a working knowledge of a variety of traditional and iterative SDLC methodologies, including Waterfall Strong influence, organizational, change management, motivation, collaboration, and negotiation skills Experience working with collocated and distributed teams Advanced analytical, business process reengineering, organizational change, initiative, sound judgment, effective decision-making, team work, and excellent oral and written communication skills are essential Job Responsibilities: Assist Product Owner with creating and maintaining a Product backlog and sorting the Product backlog items according to priority and business value.
