Immediate Need!! *Position Title:* Senior CRM Analyst *Location*: Reno, NV *Duration*: 6+ months Client: HCL/ Eldorado Resorts, Inc *Job Description:* *Primary Skill: *Business Intelligence, with direct experience in Cognos (Framework Manager/Report Studio),SQL queries, CRM marketing and analytics, Enterprise Data Warehouse management. *JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* The following statements are intended as general examples of the duties of this position and are not all-inclusive for specific positions. Other reasonable duties may be assigned. • Monitor and maintain the Cognos Business Intelligence server, create underlying views to support advanced reporting, administer Cognos packages and user access, as well as work with the Business Intelligence Data Analysts to create new avenues for reporting. • Monitor and maintain the CRM On-Line and Off-Line servers and their processes.
