Ability to achieve results without necessarily having a reporting relationship. · Ability to plan and direct projects requiring business process re-engineering and extensive change management. · Experience in leading and directing all levels of project team members, including business and technology resources, to achieve project and program objectives. · Ability to perform work with minimal management oversight. · Ability to communicate effectively with leadership in the business and within IT and tailor communications to all levels within the organization including Executive Management. · Proven track record of partnering with business management in the delivery of IT enabled business solutions · Quick learner.
