*Location:  Irvine, CA*

Job description:

· 10 – 15  years project management experience with extensive technical
experience.

· 5 + years experience with Salesforce.com including Sales Cloud, Service
Cloud, Communities, and Lightning Experience

· Experience in administration, configuration, implementation and support
of Salesforce including design of custom object, fields, page layouts,
validation rules, process builder

· Knowledge of Apex, VisualForce, and Lightning component development
within Salesforce.com

· Knowledge of various stages of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
including analysis, requirement engineering, architecture design,
development, enhancements, testing

· Strong experience in Scrum and Agile implementation methodologies with
experience in JIRA

· Experience defining detailed project scope and plans from business and
technology objectives

· Ability to plan and direct technically and conceptually complex projects
involving all areas of the organization and ensure that goals or objectives
of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding.
Ability to achieve results without necessarily having a reporting
relationship.

· Ability to plan and direct projects requiring business process
re-engineering and extensive change management.

· Experience in leading and directing all levels of project team members,
including business and technology resources, to achieve project and program
objectives.

· Ability to perform work with minimal management oversight.

· Ability to communicate effectively with leadership in the business and
within IT and tailor communications to all levels within the organization
including Executive Management.

· Proven track record of partnering with business management in the
delivery of IT enabled business solutions

· Quick learner. Ability and willingness to accept new and different ways
of doing things and to accept coaching from IT Director and other
leadership resources.

· Ability to rapidly accept and assimilate changes (organization, process,
or technology) and quickly focus on achieving post-change results

· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with ability to lead
large, diverse teams

· Strong analytical skills and experience in identifying and resolving
project issues

·  Broad technical and business knowledge and with the ability to learn
rapidly and independently

· Salesforce.com Administrator or other Certifications

· Systems implementation experience
